Default What if Brooklyn falls to the 6th seed???

What we were thinking would be bad for the 1st seed in the east (a second round match up with Nets/Bulls) can actually happen to the second seed.

Bulls are currently in 3rd and the wiz have been playing well, While brooklyn semi struggling of late.

Maybe far fetched but I really want to see a heat/brooklyn match up in the second round. No more cakewalks to the finals

    Please stop.

Concern yourself with your own team.

The playoffs will sort themselves out. If the Heat are not the best team, they will not win the championship.

If it is a cakewalk, then it is because the Heat are superior in their conference/league.

    Stop.

Yes. If the nets lose today (which is unlikely) they will be one game up on the wiz. Basically if the nets lost 2 out of the last 3 and the wiz win 1 of 2. I think the wiz get the 5th seed

well I'm a nets fan so I am worried about my own team. I think we can beat the heat as long as we don't have any injuries (besides brook)

Heat play the Wiz right? All they have to do is beat them to spot that from happening?

I don't understand all this talk about the Nets and the Bulls as if they're legitimate threats that teams should desperately avoid. The Bulls have the 2nd worst offense in the league and everything about Brooklyn screams mediocre at best. Could be interesting if KG can be effective, but still

I think that people are forgetting how good the nets really are because they started off really bad. They have the best record in the east post ASB, and have beat the heat 4 times. They did most of that without KG and Kirilenko and they both are now back.

Don't sleep because they can definitely upset somebody

Interesting. Probably won't happen but if Miami will rest Big 3 it's possible for Wash. Brooklyn would still need to lose 2 out of 3.

Explain to me why it's meaningful the Nets have beat the Heat 4 times, but it's not meaningful they don't have a winning record against any other Eastern playoff team except Atlanta.
