Phil Jackson isn't able to conjurer players out of thin air. What free agents are the Knicks targeting to improve their team? They have no real assets to go out and get anyone in trades. This season is almost definitely a tank year for the Knicks....which is pretty hard to do when you have a top 15 player already.

They'll be fine once their cap clears ina few years or they'll just overpay a bunch of marginal guys as usual
