but the Bobcats don't score much/enough.
so 16 points a game on the Bobcats means something.

Kemba Walker is a better scorer than Burke.
But I always saw Burke as a better play maker, especially watching him and hardaway Jr.

unfortunately the news out right now is Exum isn't a great shooter. If he was, nothing to say Burke/Exum can't be better than what Burke/Hardaway Jr were in college. Especially if Burke becomes a better shooter himself since Exum is going to have the ability to post over Hardaway.

    Terrible move by the Jazz.

Jazz offered him 4 years at $48 million, Hayward wanted 4 years at $52 million. Now if they match they're paying 4 years at $63.

Woj is reporting Jazz plan to match.

    McBob is like Jordan Hill.

only McBob probably has better lateral movement both on the ground and in air (crashing the board) where as Jordan Hill has more vertical movement (boxing out)

think this is an odd comparison?

Utah, let him go. Tank again, you can't win the West right now.
good luck with that. Utah will match and probably take the next three days doing it. Meanwhile, FA actually opens on Thursday and 15 mil of their cap space will be tied up during that main day of signings.

LOL at Jazz refusing to pay Hayward 13 mill a year.

That's close to what he's worth.

I don't like it, why tie up money right when the decision pt2 is coming down if the Jazz are just matching. Stephenson can actually just sign the paper and be on the team.

McBob is now in overrated for being underrated territory. Charlotte was a tailor made situation for him and he still put up pedestrian numbers playing heavy minutes.

He's not worth that much. Charlotte's management believing that he will turn into something potent down the road and/or feel this will be the move to turn them into a better team in their conference.

This is why GM's get sacked and blamed for a lot of the failures for their franchise.

hmmm good signing people will see how good hayward is if only kemba can be a better passer their team would be a force to reckon with... Al jefferson is still a commodity down low.

also hayward can play the 2 if MKG pans out if not he can switch to the 3 ... and hayward can also be the one to call the shots if needed...

I hope that the jazz wont match it ...

true, the Michael Jordan team thinking they can spot a Tony Kukoc in the crowd when they see one.

    blasphemy

I like that the Hornets are getting good players... I don't like Hayward for that much money though.

There is no way that Utah can match this offer if they ever plan on competing out West while staying under the tax.
