Also, this deal will drive Stephenson's eventual deal up the wall. So I love it all around.

Obviously overpaid, but he's a great fit for Charlotte.

I'd rather have Hayward than Stephenson any day.

Wow, Charlotte has actually been making some nice moves this offseason. I liked their drafting of Vonleh and Hayward gives them that shooting and spacing they've lacked offensively and a solid defensive guy.

    I guess. I like swag.

But I'm not going to argue, both are great guys that I'd love on my team (Lakers).

You have to overpay to compete. Not every NBA player is looking to collude and take less money.

Even if Utah matches, I applaud Charlotte for their efforts.

The Hornets with Hayward are a legit team, but I think losing McBob will hurt them more than people think. Dude was one of the most underrated players in the league last year. Hopefully Vonleh can step in and have an impact right away.

they really miss a guy like Gerald Wallace though.
they could challenge the top spots in the east if they could get a guy like him.
I am hoping that MKG could become like G Wallace. Hearing that his working on his shooting form.

Shooting percentages blow for someone getting paid that much... averaged 16 a game on a crap team if you want to pay him 15 mil a year it's your funeral. He's worth about 9.

wasn't he a top rebounding big man as a freshman?

They need a big who gets back on the defensive end at full speed on every posession since they are playing Jefferson at Center.

not questioning Zeller's effort, but he can probably do that efficiently for you about 25-30 min a game playing at the 4 (since he's a C naturally)

if Vonleh can be that guy who runs back right away, he will at the least have a positive/strong defensive impact for the team as they have young perimeter players who defend.

His high post passing will be missed.

The Hornets will need to operate a lot differently to last year with McBob gone, however adding Vonleh and Hayward while only losing McBob is a great offseason.

Hornets will be one of the east contenders.

Jazz prepared for possibility of max sheet for Hayward and remain unwavering about revelation it's coming: They plan to match and keep him.

Terrible move for the Hornets. He's not worth Max.
