He had an average game, but he isn't in the lebron/kd tier so it shouldn't be harped on about too much. Kawhi could be on his way to be a superstar but he is not all there yet.

I would consider him to be a defensive superstar though.

Role players gonna role play. When people stop making believe he's a superstar, they'll stop being disappointed when he plays like the caliber of player he really is.

I agree. People are ranking him over Prime Scottie Pippen. That's BS.

kinda like a double bladed samurai if you ask me... him being the best player on his team puts a lot of pressure why because his team is really good he isnt the clear cut best player because even if he plays a bad game and his defense plays a major role they could still blow out some teams... I think people over look the way he plays the game when his team is really great. even their bench players could erupt like crazy because they move the ball extremely well and they also have a freaking HOF as a coach. Kawhi is great but its not like without him they would be in the lottery.

His defense was still very good, but offensively he looked off. Not sure why.

The Spurs offense works off ball movement so if your not hitting shots you don't really get the option to get into the groove. A few times he took Barnes down to the block and made a nice post move but the ball just rolled out or he ended up passing out of it.

Still needs to become more of an offensive playmaker but he's young.

Keep in mind he's also guarding Chris Paul alot, nearly swiped it away from him at one point. Kawhi does alot out there other than scoring

And Spurs lost by 6 points in a close game.

So, in game 7 if Kawhi plays like rest of series (elite GOAT perimeter defense and great offense), Clippers are done.

I expect a close and exciting game 7 for a great series.
Chances to win? Spurs 55/45 Clippers

CP3 was 0/8 in the first half. If he played his usual game, it'd have been a double digit game.

And if Kawhi played his usual offense game??
    And who defended CP3??

    Too much ifs
This is a equal forces series, I only give Spurs a little edge because of experience and not choking manners.
