I don't hate Rose, he's just extremely over hyped and overrated.

The kid has literally accomplished nothing except for an MVP which many people think was undeserved. He has zero accomplishments in the playoffs, and his best season was a 24\8\5 season on 44%, where players like Wade Kobe LeBron or Durant have better years almost every single year.

Derrick Rose literally had one great year, and nothing else, and people prop him up to be something he's not. We've seen players his caliber a ton of times, and none as hyped up as Derrick Rose. He will never win another MVP, and most likely never win a ring as long as LeBron and Durant are in the league.

By his 3rd season he's accomplished as much as virtually anyone but some rarefied air in the halls of the game's greats.

There is NOTHING overhyped about Derrick Rose. He quickly improved every year of his career, and when not injured was playing like a top five player in the league. Taking a team of defensive role players and hustle dorks to the ECF. Only to get knocked off by the competitive cowards, the Miami Heat, who stacked the deck against the league with 3 superstar talents.
