    Wow...you really are an idiot. Do you know how to read? I said most NBA players have something "comparable." Do you know what comparable means? It means that many likely have an insurance policy covering the same career-ending catastrophes/injuries, but those policies aren't quite like Lebron's; most likely in terms of the dollar amount covered by the policy.
