I just saw on Greek national TV that Sofoklis Schortsanitis might sign with the L.A. Clippers soon. They said he is discussing buying out his contract with Maccabi Tel Aviv and that if this happens he might sign with the L.A. Clippers. Apparently, he is not happy with his playing time in Maccabi Tel Aviv and the L.A. Clippers supposedly want another center..............
THIS IS NOT ME SAYING THIS WILL HAPPEN. THEY WERE JUST SAYING IT MIGHT HAPPEN AND HE NEEDS TO REACH A BUYOUT BEFORE IT IS EVEN POSSIBLE - SO DON'T SAY I SAID THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN BECAUSE I DID NOT.
I am just reporting that it was mentioned as a possibility.

Greek national TV is broadcast all over the world numb nuts. Sofo is quite famous in Greece. He has been a part of one of the big Greek clubs (Olympiacos) and the Greek national team, and he also made a lot of McDonald's commercials in Greece. He has been the spokesman for McDonald's there.
