Re: 2013-2014 Observation Deck
Davis and MKG were stars and they didn't even need the ball in their hands to be effective. That, Teague peaking at right time, and their returning depth made them a championship team.
One of my worries with this UK team is that there are so many ball dominant players. It was painfully obvious that it would take time, if it ever would come to fruition, during the MSU game. Haven't watched them since, so maybe it's improving.

Dukes guards are horrible. What the hell was coach K thinking. Everyone has to force stuff bc they are horrible. Quinn Cook is the worst.

Smart doing his best to make people forget about the freshmen. Easy 24 at the half against Purdue. Lol

he's scary good. his outside shot is so much better this year. makes him near unstoppable at this level with the new rules. reminds me a lot of Wade when he was at Marquette.

I can't wait for wednesday. UNC coming off that Louisville win will have a boost of confidence. Nothing worse than a dull november friday game against Mount St. Mary's. Lol

Purdue made a valiant effort to come back and beat OK St. Down 23 in the second half and came back to within 4. Brown and Smart sealed it for the Cowboys though. Purdue make a large portion of their run with Smart on the bench for quite a long time after getting a tech.
Lots of good games today....next though at 3:30 is another freshman watch. Kansas vs Wake Forest.

Ya...this week has been worse than usual because I haven't worked. lol
Wiggins looked alright early. Easily driving. However, he was finishing attempts like he was wearing a skirt. You gotta dunk that shit. That being said, so far this game, like last game, he is looking to be the #1 option, which is nice. Gives weight to the idea that he needed a little time to work his way into the team.
Kansas as a whole has so many weapons. Much more legitimate scores than any other team in the country.

Yeah he did attack the rim like a pansy. Embiid is long as hell man but you can tell he hasnt played basketball a long time. At least to me it looks that way just the way he carries himself on the court. Had a real nice finish with the left hand on the break.
