I'm biased cause Biggie was a Brooklynite. Biggie's best years might have been ahead of him. Tupac was a huge loss also but because he was a relentless worker he has more of his material out there.

Tupac. He died while he was in his 20's testoeosterone fueled/immature/angsty years. Take a look at Dre, Ice Cube, and all the hip hop vets now imagine what Tupac could have accomplished. I'm not talking from a buisness standpoint but as a teacher/mentor. He would have gave back more than any rapper who made it.
