Been reading this is something that will be adjusted in the next CBA... Teams in non tax paying states cap figures will be modified to balance the playing field. it's not a great amount since players get taxed when they play out of those states anyways but they are talking about it. NBPA wasn't behind the idea before and it's a monior talking point but new leadership sees it as something worth discussing
