That article makes a few assumptions.. Firstly that Danny green signs somewhere around $10M/yr
Also that both Duncan and manu come back at a minimum of $4-$5M/year each
That they keep cory Joseph
That they keep Tiago
That Leonard signs for max money

Any number of those things and a combination of a few of them changes the situation a lot
