Default Anyone buy their phone outright?

What are the advantages of buying a phone outright and not getting the cost subsidized?

Are you with that Republic phone company? How much did you spend on your last cell phone AND how long do you plan on using that cell phone for? I'm currently with Virgin mobile, but $10 & $25 phone plans got me thinking about jumping ship.

Im with AT&T. I'm paying $135 for 3 lines. I'm on a nexus 6 right now that cost 650. I just had a moto x that I paid 300 for (bought it with a discount when I posted this thread originally). I'll probably buy a new phone this summer when the new crop comes out.

I usually go through about 3 or 4 phones a year
