He should take every nickel if Phila is going to offer it to him. Enjoy the cheesesteaks and 20-win seasons.

He's got a ring and a big payday, I'd say he's a success regardless of how these next few years go for him.

Kind of like how you guys will throw all of Lebron's teammates under the bus when they play like shit and place the blame mostly on them whenever they would lose?

    You must be kidding.

Actually, he's an incredibly average player. His greatest talent is hitting wide open corner 3's. He can't dribble worth shit. Can't pass worth shit. Doesn't attack the rim or post up. Isn't a great rebounder. And he lacks lateral quickness, which makes him a below average defender.

I pray to god we don't match any type of max contract offer, assuming someone is dumb enough to give him one.

I would call Colangelo and ask for Nerlens Noel in a sign and trade.

    This.

Barnes could only sign on July 6 and the dubs have 3 days to match.

Simmons' future is at SF. Two of next year's #1 pick prospects are SF (Jackson and Taytum). Ofc Sixers are interested in Barnes. LMAO

    Such a loser franchise.

Why would the Sixers trade their talent when they can sign the guy outright? That makes no sense. Sign and trades are for teams who can't afford the FA.

Then Philly says throw in Curry and we have a deal.

Philly has zero reason to trade Noel for a free agent.

Restricted free agent. Dubs can match the offer.

    ??

    Barnes
    Simmons
    Embiid

    Not bad front court.
It'd be dumb to start Simmons at PF.
The Sixers should keep their big man line up of Noel and Embiid/Okafor unless they trade one of the 2.

I'm not sure Durant will decide by July 9th **if** he is truly meeting with all those teams.
