He could definitely, but I don't think it would be good basketball. I honestly never get the hate on Dwight...the guy with his limited offensive ability pretty easily scores 20ppg. He gets fouled so much because opponents have no other course but to give up a basket or foul him and go for that 1/2 (more or less) chance he'll miss a ft. He literally always almost averages as many ft's as he does shot attempts because he basically gets fouled on half his fg attempts. It wouldn't really be hard for Dwight to average 30ppg if he was taking 16-18fga's because he would end up taking nearly as many fta's...lol.

He's a career 18 ppg player... but if he could improve his free throws to ~75% he could approach 25-26 ppg probably.

His jump shot is ugly though. I couldn't imagine a team asking Dwight to shoot 20 times a game, ala Kareem or Hakeem.

Regardless if it is a winning team, I'm just wondering what consensus is whether or not he's simply capable of putting up what would be considered an all-time historically dominant scoring season given his abilities, if he did > 30ppg on > 50% he'd have a season up there in Kareem/Wilt territory as a peak scorer... Shaq and Robinson technically didn't even quite make those numbers (though they came close).
