I'd much rather have Horry's career than Barkley's....

7 championship runs, imagine all those celebrations and playing with all those all-time great players in their primes (Hakeem, Kobe, Shaq, Duncan) and having to do less and still making tens of millions, being known for making big time shots in big games...

You have to remember, these guys compete in a sport for a living, and I would think winning is the ultimate satisfaction. That's the goal of competition. Like Pat Riley said, winning isn't everything but losing is nothing. Every year of Barkley's career (in which his team made the playoffs) his season ended with a loss. That has to suck, especially for an all time great player.

You just want to have Horry's career so you could play with Kobe ie: you're a bitch.

Chuck is one of the top 20 players to ever play basketball. Not his fault that his teams were never good enough and the competition (Jordan's Bulls) were too good.

Horry was a role player. A nice player, especially in his Rockets days, but a role player nonetheless.
