Why is this funny to the OP? It shouldn't be a problem for the police to let somebody whose culture pretty much requires it wear it on the job. It isn't like the police are forced to wear it.

Because there's a regulated uniform for a reason...

If you can't abide by the uniform, don't apply. What is difficult about that? What if she wants to work construction? Be a pilot? She gonna be a welder with a hijab on too?

You start making exceptions for people, and then everyone wants an exception.

    I don't give a ****... I really don't.

If you don't understand why it's an issue, I can't help you.

Eastern Europeans are the worst. They talk about Europe and try to claim it as if they are part of what made Western Europe so great.

Canada is probably the most successful template for multiculturalism.

Your thinking is primitive. If she is choosing to dress like that, then its not an issue. As for the full face cover thing, its only an issue for the same reason a balaclava is an issue.

What a completely non-primitive, and forward thinking thing to say.

I mean, it's not their fault that France was perfectly fine with supporting the Ottomans who were enslaving the Balkans for hundreds of years, while Poland-Lithuania (100% slavic) and the Holy Roman Empire (partial slavic) were defending Europe.

Slavs and Hungars (are they slavs?) and Poles (who are slavs) protected Europe from Ottomans.

King Francis and the POS traitor French were supporting the pro-slavery Turks this is true.

Thank you based Balkanites and Eastern Euros.

Eastern Europe is on the way up and Western Europe is getting fucked. The tides of power are turning.

Congrats on proving what an ignorant turd you are. The distinction between "Eastern Europe" and "Western Europe" did not even emerge until the desolation of WW2 and the Communist regression that set those countries back several generations. The Czech Republic and Poland and Hungary were Central, not Eastern European States: that whole dichotomy is a construction of the iron curtain, and you show how shallow your historical knowledge is by accepting it at face value.

If there was an East/West European split, then it was the Catholic/Orthodox divide. The Greco-Roman infused Christian heritage of Europe was by no means limited to France, England, Spain and Sweden, dumbass. Bohemia, Prussia, Poland, Hungary (and more)--these were key players and important contributors to European history and culture. Go learn some history.
