Kobe is getting outperformed by other old players, but KG is not one of the Garnett looks like one of the worst players in the league.

KG's defense is still quality. Winshare and BPM confirm he's a value add all be it not much of one. Kobe is negative on both values. So just looking at those two metrics, and KG definitely is performing better. Now offensively KG is clearly awful, but kobe isn't all that much better.
