APL shoes
apparently these APL shoes increase you vertical instantly... like it's not a training shoe, it somehow increases your vert instantly... I think it might be a gimmick, but for 300$ you'd assume they work somewhat

anyone know anything about these?

Re: APL shoes
SI has a great review of these... the verdict was that it helps two foot jumpers get up like 3-4 inches, but didn't help one foot jumpers too much... I guess it's okay if you r like an inch or two from dunking, but $300 for shoes is crazy!

Re: APL shoes
The price dropped to $195. I'm half way tempted but I'm 5'9 and old so I'm not sure there's any hope for me lol

Re: APL shoes
These are worth buying and plus they are $195.00
They finally stop selling the shoes at that crazy $300.00 mark.

Re: APL shoes
Got a pair of concept 1's today and in the few jumps that I did I couldn't tell a difference. I still need to play in them though.
