The owner hates him, their (lack of a) relationship is what stirred up all this drama in the first place, and will probably end up in Jackson being fired.

He did well though, definitely doesn't deserve to be let go.

So guys like Scott Brooks, Mike Brown, Dantoni, etc get shat on for doing nothing in the playoffs, but Jackson gets crazy praise for winning 51 games? And having an embarrassing affair and two bizare assistant coach scandals?

Steve Kerr. Everyone is apparently dying to give him a chance ever since Phil Jackson mentioned him for the Knicks job, even though he has no coaching experience.

The problem is that franchises want instant results. It really affects coaching.



For example, refer to waht Steve Kerr said. Loved the triangle but would not implement it in an offense. It takes a while to learn and coaches don't have the luxury of time.


Maybe he'll do it now if he's hired as head coach under Phil.
