Those look pretty worn, I would pass unless you really want them and getting a killer deal. As for real and fake....I would say real.

I've literally owned at least 10 pair of flight 89. From the origonals( Roth the extra thick sole) to first retro with the Velcro on lower part circa 92 or 93? To Hecka the recent ones, I've never seen ones with ankle strap thing. Idk. My 38 year old opinion.
