    Default Animal documentaries

Pauk made some informative posts on the "Pitbull vs Hyena" thread and now my ass has been watching Lion documentaries

They're pretty interesting. If you guys have any good animal documentaries post them up!

Here's a really good one to start it off:

    ^that's a fav of mine.

...or any episode from pbs's 'nature' series is sure to deliver. they cover everything from intimate families surviving & feeding to entire ecosystems. it really is quality shit that show produces - it beats nat geo, smithsonian, etc imo. been going strong since the eighties... hard to find free episodes online, though. there's a few on torrents out there, and some on usenet.

TBH I just love watching videos of animals eating each other while they're still alive. Unfortunately I've probably seen close to all of them.

Definitely DO NOT watch this if you are sensitive at all.

The hyena is a feline without the reflexes or claws of a cat. It will lose to a pitbull or any tough dog breed of equal size. An interesting fact is that hyenas will occasionally allow a stray African wild dog into their packs because of their superior hunting skills but the reverse has never been witnessed. African wild dogs will kill a stray hyena at every opportunity, as hyenas have nothing to offer them.
