Conley is a system guy...he can't get you something from nothing and he doesn't get easy buckets. I like him and he's a nice fit in Memphis but put him on that shitty Heat squad and he'd be exposed.

Not hardly, he's equal the player that Conley is. He can't carry a team, but can be a GREAT contributor to any already good team, just like Conley.
