Obviously we've had starting lineups with more wins.

Maybe they have the best winning percentage.

    Negative.

I did my own research just to make sure. Win/Loss record for the best starting lineup in each season:

    95-96

    18 games: 7-11 .389 W. Anderson ▪ O. Miller ▪ E. Pinckney ▪ A. Robertson ▪ D. Stoudamire

    96-97

    23 games: 9-14 .391 D. Christie ▪ P. Jones ▪ D. Stoudamire ▪ W. Williams ▪ S. Wright

    97-98

    13 games: 6-7 .462 M. Camby ▪ D. Christie ▪ O. Miller ▪ D. Stoudamire ▪ Z. Tabak

    99

    34 games: 13-21 .382 V. Carter ▪ D. Christie ▪ C. Oakley ▪ A. Williams ▪ K. Willis

    99-00

    23 games: 14-9 .609 V. Carter ▪ D. Christie ▪ A. Davis ▪ C. Oakley ▪ A. Williams

    00-01

    26 games: 17-9 .654 V. Carter ▪ A. Davis ▪ C. Oakley ▪ M. Peterson ▪ A. Williams

    01-02

    21 games: 11-10 .524 V. Carter ▪ A. Davis ▪ H. Olajuwon ▪ M. Peterson ▪ A. Williams

    02-03

    19 games: 10-9 .526 V. Carter ▪ A. Davis ▪ M. Peterson ▪ A. Williams ▪ J. Williams

    03-04

    24 games: 12-12 .500 C. Bosh ▪ V. Carter ▪ D. Marshall ▪ J. Rose ▪ A. Williams

    04-05

    22 games: 8-14 .364 R. Alston ▪ R. Araujo ▪ C. Bosh ▪ M. Peterson ▪ J. Rose

    05-06

    14 games: 7-7 .500 R. Araujo ▪ C. Bosh ▪ J. Graham ▪ M. James ▪ M. Peterson

    06-07

    24 games: 14-10 .583 C. Bosh ▪ T. Ford ▪ J. Garbajosa ▪ R. Nesterovic ▪ A. Parker

    07-08

    35 games: 20-15 .571 A. Bargnani ▪ C. Bosh ▪ J. Calderon ▪ J. Moon ▪ A. Parker

    08-09

    22 games: 9-13 .409 A. Bargnani ▪ C. Bosh ▪ J. Calderon ▪ S. Marion ▪ A. Parker

    09-10

    26 games: 13-13 .500 A. Bargnani ▪ C. Bosh ▪ D. DeRozan ▪ J. Jack ▪ H. Turkoglu

    10-11

    14 games: 4-10 .286 A. Bargnani ▪ J. Calderon ▪ D. DeRozan ▪ A. Johnson ▪ S. Weems

    11-12

    11 games: 5-6 .455 J. Calderon ▪ D. DeRozan ▪ A. Gray ▪ A. Johnson ▪ J. Johnson

    12-13

    21 games: 10-11 .476 D. DeRozan ▪ R. Gay ▪ A. Johnson ▪ K. Lowry ▪ J. Valanciunas

    13-14*

    39 games: 24-15 .615 D. DeRozan ▪ A. Johnson ▪ K. Lowry ▪ T. Ross ▪ J. Valanciunas

So yes, this lineup has produced the most wins in a season and all-time. They are 2nd in win %. It's the 2nd time a Raptors lineup has won 20+ games. They've appeared in the most games of any other Raptors starting lineup and the 13-14 lineup has had the fewest lineups (7) featured, which I'm sure will change as Casey will try to rest his players.
