BTW, was being fed the ball on offense not his role in Orlando? If not, what was it?

I think prime Amare had a much better chance of doing this... had he not gotten injured

Of course... people think his fg% would drop by 10 just cause he takes 20 shots? (8 more)

He has to shoot like 30 times a game to get 30 pts so I can see that happening.

Why ask the damn question then?

[COLOR=Teal]Dwight averages 11.2FGA/g for his career. career-high 13.4 as offense focal point, 11.6 this season.

I only really watched/payed attention to Dwight in the playoffs when he was with Orlando, when he dominated the Cavs, this was years ago, and the Cavs never really had an answer for him so I'm not sure if he was being fed that much all the time or just against teams that couldn't match up to him. So why ask? To learn and gain a better understanding of the topic at hand, that's why anyone asks questions I would imagine.

He ran pick and roll alot and the team chucked 3s. Take that as you will.

he'd turn it over too much too unless the offense was based more on PnR.

Re: True or False: Dwight Howard can score > 30ppg on > 50%...
He's averaging 19 ppg on 12 shots per game. He can easily average 30 if he took about 20 shots. Alot of guys can put up 30+ ppg if they get 20 shot attempts every game

Stop. Don't post an opinion about the Magic again ever.

I feel like if Dwight never got injured he'd be a 25 ppg scorer on like 56% right now. Not even lying.

Shaq and Robinson technically didn't even quite make those numbers (though they came close).
I mean, he obviously could put up 30 if you give him enough shots. It's just a question of how many.
Unlike your Kareems/Wilts/Shaqs though, with Dwight it wouldn't be in the context of winning basketball though. I think he's best off in his current role, playing off of the three point shooters (and them playing off of him), with a good deal of PnR sprinkled in there.
