All White team versus All Black team

sf - Peja (maybe Morrison instead)
sg - Ginobili

Black -
c - Duncan
pf - Garnett
sf - Pierce
sg - Lebron
pg - Wade

Just realized my all-white team is all foreign. How about an all-white USA team.

White - US Born
c - Brad Miller
pf - Szczerbiak (I know this is weak)
sf - Morrison
sg - Hinrich
pg - Ridnour

People on this board are pretty ignorant. Bill Walton, before he got injured, outplayed Wilt, Kareem and every other center he faced. Prime Walton vs. Prime Shaq is an even match, and Walton would dominate Kareem like he did in the NBA. Also prime Sabonis was an absolute beast, he outplayed Robinson in the Olympics, and in the NBA was one of the best Shaq defenders. The white team has a weakness at SG, but the black team has a weakness at SF.

This game would basically come down to chemistry, personally I think the black team would win, but it could easily go either way. The only wild card is how players from previous era's translated. Possibly guys like Jerry West would have trouble dealing with the increased size and athleticism.

Walton never faced Wilt and usually GOT outplayed by Kareem. This includes the 1977 WCF, when Kareem outscored, outrebounded him and almost even matched his passing. Not to mention their first ever encounter, where he destroyed him, 50/15 to 7/7 or so.
This is pretty much the period Walton was healthy. :)

My all-time white team consists of:

West
Bird
Pettit
Walton

Cousy
Havlicek
Barry
Cunningham
McHale
Cowens
pre-90 Sabonis (sorry, Mikan)

Pretty strong team. 70+ wins and championships in multiple NBA seasons if they had played together. Still lose to the all-time black team.

I caught that Blazer final on ESPN Classic when Bill was the man, and he wasn't owning a whole lot. Dont get me wrong he was more than a serviceable center, in fact a very good one, but he should fall right behind Ewing and Robinson all time IMO
