He had a civil action filed against him at age 15 because he harassed 2 separate groups of Black school kids- he threw rocks at them and yelled slurs. On the same day he blinded an elderly Vietnamese man in an unprovoked and racist attack, he assaulted another Vietnamese man who luckily wasn't permanently maimed.
