Single season? Probably Kobe 2001.
Overall for their careers is Pippen IMO.

2000 wasn't even that good of a sidekick year for Kobe. 2001 was MUCH better.

Yeah, he made a clutch shot in the championship, but James Worthy was a beast and better that year, and was named MVP of the final.
