But it has been said here for a long time, that under the agreement of USA Basketball to play in FIBA and the Olympics, Team USA does NOT get tested for doping by the anti doping agencies of those bodies.

Rather that USA Basketball's OWN TESTING LAB does the tests, not FIBA or the Olympics, unlike other teams which get tested by the anti doping labs of FIBA and the Olympics.

Also, that Team USA's testing results never get released, they just say they passed without releasing the results. Unlike for the teams from other countries, where the test results are released by the anti doping labs of the Olympics and FIBA.
