i make a smoothie almost every day. i usually start with frozen blueberries + red kale + yogurt + orange juice as a base, then ill throw in a few other random items like banana or avocado or whatever.

A smoothie doesn't belong here. Unlike the other two, a smoothie is suppose to replace a meal. The other two are just desserts. And if you are eating a meal with a smoothie, you are a fat ass motherefher.

Smoothies from Baskins ins a meal replacement. Just like a milkshake can be a meal replacement if you use coconut milk ice cream, protein powder, and some coconut oil. I just categorize them all as ice cold drink treats

I just found a dollar store that was clearing out pumpkin pie Jones sodas for a buck. Just tried it with Vanilla ice cream. I think I found my go to this summer!
