Not a fan of Enes in the triangle but he is better than what the Knicks have now.

Middleton has been a pleasant surprise. A solid NBA player this season.

It looks like its all about 2016-2017

Please explain enes not fitting the triangle. If your argument was defensive or contract or something I'd understand. Offensively triangle wise, he can play the high or low post, pass, score. I think he fits the triangle. What am I overlooking? Or am I just over rating his talent?

2015 #1 overall pick, thj, thanasis, 2018 1st, 2017 & 19 swap options to Philly and/or Minnesota or Brooklyn, Calderon

    For

Joe Johnson, b Lopez, D'Angelo Russell AND wcs, Lavine, Bjelica

    Free agent signings:
Bargnani, shved, Jason smith, Galloway, JOSH SMITH, Larry sanders, Andrew Bynum

    Russell/shved/Galloway
    Lavine/joe Johnson/cleanthony
    Carmelo/wear
    smith/WCS/bjelica
    Bargnani/Lopez/smith/Bynum

Then trade joe Johnson's expirer, Galloway, cleanthony, 2020 1st, 3 2nds at the deadline for jr smith and lebron

    Russell/Lavine/shved/Powell
    Smith
    Carmelo
    Lebron/smith/bjelica
    Bargnani/wcs/Lopez/smith/Bynum

If Phil does any of that, he should be fired immediately.

He will do parts of that. Most just wouldn't work due to the other teams, or to needing brook Lopez to strong arm the nets and lebron to strong arm the cavs

Trading towns or okafor and a future pick and Calderon for Russell, Lavine, and bjelica would be a huge win for the Knicks

Getting Lopez and Johnson as huge expirers instead of maxing out Greg Monroe and Tobias Harris would be a huge win for the Knicks

Bargnani, shved, smith, and Galloway re signing is likely

Getting josh smith, Bynum, and Larry sanders would be a low risk HUGE rewards group of free agents to bring in.

I know you didn't mean lebron and JR for Galloway, a 1st a nd cleanthony and/or wear, + 2nds would be anything but a huge win for the Knicks right?

I fail to see which part of the plan I laid out is something you think wouldn't be great for the Knicks. Please enlighten me. Is it still "hardaway is a future star"? Would you be scared to give up future picks w the roster I laid out? Would you be scared to have even more cap space in 2016?
