Default Any of you dudes eat Quest Protein Bars?

Sooooooo damn good. Microwave em for 10 seconds and it's like having a dessert, but with insanely good nutrition profile. They just released S'more flavor. I tried it and it's ****ing good. Anybody else hooked on these?

Yeah they're awesome. Cookies & Cream are legendary stuff. Those macros and fiber, amazing flavors, at somewhat affordable price. It just can't be beat.

Word. Cookies and Cream is my favorite. I just tried the S'mores and honestly, I think it's as good as the C&C. Try it

I think there are better bars out there. Bars that are much cleaner. There are still artificial sweeteners in the bar. Labels are a little inconsistent.
What they do well is cater to the masses and use effective marketing. Lonestar which is one of the biggest supplement distributors carries them. It accounts for 22% of their business. That is HUGE.
It's not a bad bar. I find them too chewy and still get that protein texture.

Take for example the cookies and cream bar. There are 22 grams of carbs. 18 grams is fibre, 1 gram is sugar. Where are the other 3 grams? Artificial sweetener

That's still excellent compared to just about any bar on the market. only 3 net carbs? Much better than having 20g of sugar like other bars

Depends on what type of sugar. 20 grams of natural occurring sugars from a whole bar is better than 3 grams of artificial sugar any day of the week. You need sugars to uptake nutrients, even if you are dieting. Sugar is the most misrepresented nutrient in the nutritional world.

I can't think of anything close that has the same nutrient content. It is a very unique drink as it has those phytonutrients. Maybe a canister of Spirutein? It would be healthier, but not as tasty

Check out these Daryl NRG bars. Fantastic and has no artificial sweteners. They taste like a moist muffin top.
I also prefer Clif Bars. Because it has high sugar count it gets a bad rep. Although those sugars are coming from the natural occurring whole foods.

I'm not 100% against Quest. I do believe their hype way exceeds it's actual nutritional benefits. If it wasn't as hyped as it is I would promote it. But still don't like the texture
