Default Could Ibaka have guarded prime Shaq?

Ibaka is not a great post defender. He is good at blocks and on the weak side.

And before you ask, Blake Griffin is terrible in the post.

Sabonis did the best job of any other player besides Hakeem (from what I hear). So in other words hell no. Shaq not only would body him out of the way, he's so powerful that he'd dunk on Ibaka even if he were in position.

This. With Adams guarding the post, Ibaka the weak side we're set for years.

    Nothing can stop prime Shaq.

And the only thing that could even slow him down was Kobe.

Mutumbo was a better defender than Ibaka. See the 2001 finals.

Is this even a serious question?

Not a chance. That's not a slight on Ibaka though.

There was nothing - NOTHING - you could do to stop prime Shaq.
