Could it be that the reason Dwight Howard was so dominant in the past wasn't due to skills but opponents are afraid of getting elbowed by him? So instead of guarding him or fighting for the ball they just let Dwight dominate? And was Dwight's decline and lack of smile due to the fact that Vince Carter called him out about elbowing opponents?
