    I'm white. My pic and a video of me.have been posted on this site.

    My buddy is 39 and lifts everyday. He's 5'11 and he weighed about what I do (175) at my age (23). Now he weighs 215 and he's jacked. He actually looks like a blacker Barry Bonds. Lifting weights over a long period of time can make you large. It's not proof of anything.
