.431
I think TS% is a great efficiency stat since it includes efficiency from all areas - 2pt FGs, 3pt FGs, FTs.

So basically... Kobe's elimination games discluding the bad ones.
I'm going go make a thread called "Ron Artest in elimination games, except for the ones he played poorly in". See ya there!

You include all games. You can't just selectively take out some games.
Let's go back and take away all of the losing blow outs from all first options in the league and see what happens with their stats. LOL.

I didn't selectively take out games. Can you not read? I took out the games in which his team was blownout.

Re: Kobe Bryant in Elimination Games that were not blowouts
Has there ever been an all-time great involved in more playoff blowout losses, than Kobe? His LAST games in some seasons were just unfathomable.
In 2003, 110-82.
In 2004, 100-87 (in a game in which they were down by 23 going into the 4th quarter.) Oh, and they were beaten 4-1 by an under-dog.
In 2006, 121-90 (and this after blowing a 3-1 series lead.)
In 2008, 131-92 (and how about blowing a 24 point lead in game four?)
In 2011, 122-86 (and being swept by an under-dog team)
In 2012, 106-90 (granted, Kobe finally had a great game.)

And what legitimate reason do you have for doing that?
Were those 5 games (out of only 12 total, lol) not real games or something?

Oh wow, OP you have been exposed...
Thanks to jlauber's post two posts above this, i just realized that OKC blew out LA 106-90 in 2012, yet you did not include this game in the list of blow outs that you want to disregard.
You kept it in because Kobe played good in it.
Way to be consistent, OP. You are truly unbiased and a great poster.

Some people will say that in those blowout elimination games that Kobe was part of the problem. But that is not the case.
'08 Finals, Game 6 - The Lakers lost by 39.

End of 1st Quarter
Kobe - 11 points, 4 Made FGs

Here is how Kobe started the Game.
End of 1st Quarter

Halftime - Lakers down by 24
Kobe - 7 Made FG
Rest of Lakers - 7 Made FGs
Kobe had made the same amount of FGs as the rest of his teammates combined at Halftime.
Get rid of that bolded game homie, it was a blow out loss for LA.
