You right, but that was with Byron Scott at the helm. Ingram should at LEAST be moving around...he legit just stands in the corner.

I agree with this, they don't call enough plays for him. It's preseason, let the guy play around. Last 20 seconds of the 3rd, it was all Calderon hogging the ball while Ingram just stood in the corner.

Varies from fan to fan, but I think as a whole Laker fans overrate Ingram and underrate Russell. I think Russell has top 5 in the league potential, but I think Ingram's going to disappoint for his carer. Won't be a complete bust, but will disappoint imo. Russell will be a monster though, I get a Steph/Harden hybrid vibe from him.

Nurkic is a better C than Jokic. I didnt get the hype of Jokic last season and how Nug fans brushed Nurkic aside. Nurkic is a big boy with skill.

Nobody brushed Nurkic aside. He still could be better. Obviously both are young and Nurk has the better mindset and is more aggressive. Jokic just has insane passing skills, 3 pt range, a capable jumper, good rebounding, and good himself inside. Nurkic looks as great as he ever has right now so we'll see. So far in his career he's been known to rush his offense which is why he's been so inefficient early in his career.

I mean Jokic finished what 3rd in ROY voting despite not getting good run at the start of the season. His advanced numbers were off the charts. I hope Nurkic can be better because it'd leave Denver in a great situation.

I'm sure a lot has changed since then and is continuing to change, but in general I feel Ingram has gotten a much nicer reception than Russell.

Yes. D'Angelo was judged way more harshly. Mostly cause there was a large group of people trying to say Okafor > D'Angelo and that the Lakers were retards for making the pick.

Not anti-Russell, most were just criticizing him or overreacting. I always held him high, he's obviously the most skilled player on the team.
