Learning to shoot layups
Tim Duncan down with knee injury
Tim Duncan down with knee injury against the Wizards in the second quarter.
It looked serious, he had to call two teammates to help him to go back to the locker room.
It could be huge for the rest of the season for the Spurs.
According to the Wizards announcers at the beginning of the third quarter: sprained left knee and sprained left ankle.
Duncan's leg was caught when Martell Webster falled down after a blocked shot.

Re: Tim Duncan down with knee injury
Watching the game now. It could potentially be serious. I am 70% sure it is a season ending injury. He got caught in a falling group, and his left knee got caught and twisted his left knee.

Re: Tim Duncan down with knee injury
On the way to locker room
he was able to walk on his own
I hope the brace he was wearing did protect him this time
As a Spurs fan

Ouch that hurts. Would be a shame if it's serious

Re: Tim Duncan down with knee injury
Damn, hopefully nothing serious. It would be sad if he goes out the Dikembe way

Re: Tim Duncan down with knee injury
Really hope it's not serious. He's had problems with his knees throughout his career, but he's worked really hard to stay in shape and he's having a shockingly good year. Plus, this appears to be the best Spurs team in years.
