Bill Simmons fighting with ESPN again

I still don't understand why Bill Simmons seems to get credit for saying generalized things about basketball. I've said from the beginning, Cleveland is not going to win sh*t with this team. Kevin Love and Kyrie Irving are never going to play the kind of defense that is required to win. It's not happening ever.

Bill Simmons thinks he is being edgy to say something like this when it's obvious.

That's not what was considered "edgy." He's pointing out how Lebron physically doesn't look the same out there. Slower, not as physically dominant in the paint and around the rim. No one expected to see this version of Lebron.

And that's a pretty stupid thing to judge 4 games into the season. Especially considering that Lebron's performances have been largely affected by having two other ball dominant guards.
