He really needs that midrange shot to become a complete offensive weapon. At this point whenever he gets the ball in the high post, you know he's going to that spin of his even when he's faking. With the midrange he can be great.

As for his current moves, regardless of how they end up working in the NBA, they're certainly exciting and a pleasure to watch. There's a lot to emulate for a post player.
