I've scrounged around and it seem we can "import" classic teams as well as Euroleague teams in the regular season pool.

I did that with NBA2K12, where I kept only 4 current teams and imported like 27 classic teams. I played the 1986 Houston Rockets, and Hakeem is destroying the league
