In the win, big-man Mfiondu Kabengele came off the bench to shoot 10 of 12 for 22 points, 7 rebounds. And starting guard Terance Mann shot 7 of 11 for 18 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists.

In the loss, Ja Morant had 28 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists, on 21 shots. He was 8 for 21, and 5 of 6 threes. Murray State as a team shot 33% FG.

First time watching Zion live and am very underwhelmed so far

Freaking hate the announcers and directors of the broadcast focusing on Zion with the angle of "oop looked like he walked funny there" like they are just hunting for him to be injured again

"oop looked like Zion sprained an ankle there" (...no, clearly he didn't)

"oop zion looked like he took a few funny steps after he slipped" (...again, no)

I'm expecting next he's gonna fart in the wrong direction and they'll say it might have tweaked his ankle

present the freaking game properly every time he walks funny is NOT the focus of the game you can tell they're just reaching for the next zion is injured story

Tacko is physically a nightmare match up and is wreaking havoc on this game more than Zion

- but my take away is also that he's so damn young and inexperienced looking. Couple of silly fouls and just some general where to be and how to shoot stuff that he could improve on.

He needs to work with a guy like Boban - someone who can relate to his level of coordination and size so that he can learn how to shoot around the rim (in more ways than just dunking) and how to set good screens, rebound, etc
