probably the same as he is averaging right now but a little bit worse FG% and more turnover.

dude can shoot and score but i dont think he is very good playmaker to average near 25ppg for a whole season as the number 1 option. defenses will figure him out eventually, the question would be how would he adapt to it?

What's the rest of his team? Who's the coach?

Anyway denying ISH's believe, Klay can put the ball on the ground and create his shot. So I think he would do alright anyway.

K-Mart who isn't as good as Klay is, is averaging 19 points on 44/38/86. Klay would do better than that even on that Wolves team.

I honestly don't think he's being held back in any way on GS. Curry isn't really the type of player who hurts his teammates production too much....maybe a little but it's also helping his efficiency...factoring in the fact that the Warriors are a pretty fast paced team i don't think his numbers change much.

Klay isn't really great at creating his shot off the dribble. He's obviously an elite shooter and a good finisher at the rim, but him taking more than 3 dribbles is usually a disaster waiting to happen. But if he improves his ball handling...oh boy. That's like 30 PPG potential.

I kind of see Klay in the mold of guys like Dale Ellis, Glen Rice, Reggie Miller, etc. scoring wise. 6'7 sharpshooters who are SG's or swingmen that can get u 25-27 points a night. But Klay is ALSO a great defender which makes him very unique. With the way he can score and defend, I'm not too worried about his assists or rebounding. How many times in NBA history can u say a great shooter/scorer is ALSO a great defender? It's very rare when u think about it.

Put Thompson on the Bulls in place of Butler and he averages 26ppg, 4rpg & 5apg

Put him on the Celtics and he averages 29/5/4
