I mean that's too bad, but it's her own fault she ended up there. It's been a 15-year issue; more than enough time to resolve this in other ways. Did she think it just would go away? As for not having the money, YOU HAVE SEVEN CHILDREN. NOBODY IS TO BLAME FOR YOU BEING BROKE BUT YOU. Not to mention, the state of PA was willing to effectively pay her $1,000 a day to be in jail.
