considering hawk is known for being the first high fligher skateboarder that was popular in the 90s and was the most marketable star ( and still its biggest ) i would say the tony hawk of the NBA is michael jordan

with kobe being Rodney Mullen ( the more technical/tricky and slightly less popular but equally legendary skateboarder

and lebron being more along the lines of the bam Margera ... a great skateboarder in his own right. but didn't really take things seriously. cared more about fame/popularity and was extremely effected by relationships with others. losing one or being disrespected would send both lebron and bam into tailspins/irrational decisions.. both have tons of tattoos and have emotional/inflated ego's... both gave up competing and focussed more on hollywood later on ... equally ugly in their later years
