Regular Season he's amazing just like he's been the last 2 years.
Playoffs will always be more physical and that's where he will lose effectiveness.
For OKC to win a title, Durant has to be your overall best player because the's the one that's match up proof.
Health is big for this team.
Healthy Curry is 100% match up proof and the superior player to Kevin Durant1.

1.
Curry is the most efficient scorer, best ball handler, and distributor on Golden State, he is the first option.
It will be a mistake for Durant, who is the less efficient player, to be taking a higher volume of shots.

So does mostly every superstar. 61% is still absurd

Great college starter
Re: Reminder, Curry is healthy
Kevin durant is a 4x scoring champion and has the 3rd highest scoring average in NBA history. He's one of the best and most versatile scorers to ever play. He will be the first option, though it will probably be a 1a/1b type situation. I expect Durant to lead the team in fg's and fga's.

and this is what a healthy Curry looks like- 28 points on 10/15 in the first half absolutely destroying Dame. Back in best player in the league form.

Of course because it is preseason. Curry seems to wear down more then other star players during the course of the season.

Falls off = lowers by 3% while taking 4 more shots
Should we compare to other superstars' TS% in the playoffs and see how many have hit 61%? I wonder how Steph looks then!

I'll agree with you that Curry isn't as durable as other star players. Curry's had injury issues throughout his career.
