Love gets the nod because you gotta have someone from the East in the top 5 and Love's stats have been remarkable so far this season.

Davis averaging 24/13 with 4 blocks per game on 46% shooting. Love averaging 18/15 on 36% shooting
but yea lets just put Love in there because hes in the east

He does, but he has been extremely passive all year.
Crazy part about that is JJ and Matt especially, but also the rest of the team has missed about a dozen or so wide open jumpers that would have given Paul an assist. Just insane.
