Im a bit weary of this move....
But, at this point, if this is the best we can do for the PG position, and Harris can at LEAST return to some form, then we're good.

Damn.
I'm so down for this.
We just desperately need a guard that almost ANY body who is young and somewhat decent would be able to look good in the purple and gold

He isn't. But he once was very decent.
Now lakers are not in a situation to be picky.
Beggars can't be chosers.
Devin Harris for the lakers is like
That starving kid that hasn't ate for 3 days. Then he just finds this McDonald's burger (harris) and says fukc it. Its better than starving (dfish). It's not a steak or lobster (cp3, dwill) but for the time being

Trade exception doesn't work either, Harris' contract is $9.3 M, TE is worth $8.9 M.
Shame because the Lakers could send us their 1st Round Pick and Dallas' 1st Round Pick + Trade Exception.
Walton+Trade exception, Jazz get a white guy, Lakers get ELITE PG

Re: Lakers out to get Devin Harris
All Lakers need is a decent PG who can at least keep up with quicker guards, so that they don't get abused. They don't need an all star guy to score that much just somebody who can take ballhandling duties away from Kobe, play some sort of decent defense, and knock down some shots when needed. Harris may not be the best, but at this point they don't have much of a choice.
