Because I am one year old, I grew up playing NBA2k14.

Just kidding. NBA Hangtime on SNES was my first bball game, though I started gaming way before that on NES with Tecmo Bowl and 10-yard fight.

Yes, yes, and yes. You were thinking of Magic Johnson's Fast Break, the first basketball video game I ever owned. It was two-on-two full-court basketball, red vs. blue, sponsored by Pepsi. There was no dunking and after good plays Magic would give you words of encouragement.

Also, shout out to NBA Showdown '94 and its signature dunk packages.

Double Dribble, then NBA Jam, then NBA Live, then 2K.

Double dribble with the unstoppable fadeaway 3 out of bounds, arch rivals , and of course jordan vs bird. Games have come a long way.

I remember NBA Hangtime and NBA Jam 2000 on N64. But back in the day Mario Kart, Super Smash, and Wave Race (or Waverunner, what it was called) were our favorite games so we often just played those. Golden eye was awesome on N64. Perfect Dark was surprisingly ahead of its' time as a first person shooter. But Golden eye was better for its' multiplayer option.
