False. They made the playoffs, but got swept out by Kirk Hinrich's and Ben Gordon's INVINCIBulls.

The answer is the Boston Celtics. The year after Russell retired.

That stretch for Denver is brutal. Positive is if Denver pulls it off there going to be pretty prepared for the playoffs. Negative is they might not pull it off and miss the playoffs

Millsap's wrist is just sprained and he is day to day so they still have a shot if they can get Harris and Jefferson to pass the ball once in a while.

4 huge games tonight. All 5 teams are playing, all are must wins for each. Other than the Rockets, 4 of them are on the road.

Jazz at Hornets (Let's go Jazz! )
Phoenix at Houston (I'm cheering for the Suns to add an L to Houston)
    Mavs at Portland (Go Blazers)
Denver at Lakers (GO LAKERS!!! )

OP is edited with the last 4 or 5 games for each team.

Suns are in 8th seed now but they got the Thunder, Clips and Spurs...as well as a big showdown at Utsh. Still a tight race between all teams.

lov to see PHX in ... but their schedule is just plan brutal.

I think the question is where does Houston , Philly and Boston lands ???
I think if Boston lands in the 4th seed , they will get to the east finals...
I just sense the Bulls get bumped out early.

the Suns have the worst schedule to end the season...

they can potentially win against Spurs who will likely rest the big 3 and Jazz

The Suns-Jazz game is in Utah, where they Jazz are 20-8 but Nash recently hit a game-winner there. It could go either way.

If the Jazz can't win in Portland then they don't deserve to be in the playoffs. They're in position to win all 4 remaining games. Magic are without Howard, and the Suns game at home.

The Suns have beat the Clippers twice this year, and Utah twice as well. What makes you guys so sure that those games are a guaranteed loss for the Suns?

Denver and dallas in for sure.

Now the last spot, I am predicting houston will win 3 out of the 4 games. So if phoenix can win 3 out of the 5, they will be in. Very very hard, but 4 of them are home games and we recently had a huge win at Portland.. So we still got a chance.

The Rockets seriously we played terribly and I swear McHale is trying to tank. But anyway, I'd be very surprised if we make it to the playoffs.
